  I stopped in today at 6 pm, I waited for Erin to take my order waited about ten minutes for her to come back after taking several drive through orders. Finally she takes my order, I order steal egg and cheese on an onion bagel lightly toasted with butter, and a medium vanilla chai. I pay, she picks up a medium cup and walks off. Several minutes later she hands me my food and tells me to have a nice day. I stop her and ask about my chai, she says she didn't hear me. At this point people have come in and left tired of waiting. Another employee co.es out after 20 minutes of me being at this place. She takes 3 orders while I'm still waiting be for my chai. The place was a mess, horrible customer service!!!

  I just went to dd and had a huge oder for multiple people with a few coupons. I was told i could only use one coupon per visit. I had to exit the store each time to use just one coupon per order. Then afer i payed for my food and drinks, i got half of my order... waited and have a guy get his order before me which was and shouldve been mine ( i had ordered two bagels plain with plain creamcheese and only got one). When the drivethrough person asked if i was all set i said no im still waiting on a bagel. She didnt believe me went back to look at her screen then to get a bagel. There werent any more. She then proceeded to tell all thats left and the person the second bagel was for couldnt have due to a blueberry allergy si i gave up my bagel and told her ill have a different one instead whih at this point she said so you dont want a bagel. I said no i just gave up MY bagel so this person doesnt get sick or die from what you have left and i PAYED FOR IT. So then she made it and i got no apology for the wait or hassle. Poor customer service!!
